Vancouver and Calgary advised InfraRed Capital Partners on the sale of its entire interest in the Iqaluit International Airport PPP project. Through its subsidiary, Infrared held a majority interest in Arctic Infrastructure LP, the entity responsible for the improvement, operation and maintenance of the Iqaluit International Airport in Nunavut.
The team included Doug Buchanan, Dan Steiner, Ajit Dhillon, Greg Lewis, Rujuta Patel, and Graeme Austin.
